THE ARISTOCRAT ( aka "Spartak")

This impressive dessert offers 6-9 individually rolled thin dark chocolate layers and a silky smooth white cream. Every bite of this indulgant cake will have you asking for more.

CAPPUCCINO DELIGHT

Cake layers are mositened with cognac and covered with a Cappuccino whipped frosting, giving this cake a light texture.

CHOU A LA CREME

Bite size light and airy puffs filled with whipped pastry cream and covered with confectioners sugar.
Minimum order is 5 dozen.

LUXE SUMMER

10 thin, crispy layers, drenched in a la lechera creme. So why not pamper your family with this delicious dessert.

KIEV TORTE

This torte is an indulgance. It includes 2 kahlua liquor moistened cake layers and 1 meringue layer frosted with a rich sweet butter creme providing a luxurius one of a kind texture.

MINI FRUIT TART

Freshly baked, crunchy tart shells filled with fruit preserves, a light creme and topped off with seasonal fruit.
Minimum order 2 dozen.

PASTEIS DE BELEM

Each individual pastry is made of a flaky puff pastry style dough and filled with a rich and sweet mousse textured custard filling. This delicacy is like a little taste of heaven in your mouth.

PASTRY WALNUTS

Handmade individual walnut shaped patries are held together using thick and creamy milch mädchen. A sweet delicacy indeed.

RAFFAELLO TORTE

A premium specialty...and all without chocolate. This torte provides a unique blend of fine milk cream and a layer of fresh berries to add just the right amount of tartness. Then the tender torte is spinkled with shredded coconut and topped off with delicate "Rafello" wafer confections.
(Berries will vary by season.)

DRUNKEN CHERRY TORTE

A dark chocolate torte made with a chocolate and creamy milch mädchen filling that contains cherries soaked  in cognac. All this galzed with chocolate on top. This is a very rich and moist cake.

KRUMCAKE CANOLIS (Trubochki)

These are canoli like desserts made from a crispy crust, wrapped in a cone shape, filled with a light cream and then sprinkled with confectioners sugar.

RUM PYRAMIDS

Delightful chocolate treats made with rum and ground almonds. Drizzled with white chocolate and finished off with confectioners sugar. These delicacies offer a light texture and go great with coffee or tea.

THE MOZART ***LUXE SERIES***

This torte is flour free, made with three layers of nutty hazelnut and almond meringue and four different layers creme. Hazelnut cream, dulce de leche butter cream, white chocolate cream and dark chocolate cream....(about 2 pounds of chocolate in each torte) and topped with a dark chocolate glaze. This is a very rich indulgence....strictly for chocolate lovers.

SUNSHINE CHEESECAKE

This is the ultimate rich cheesecake....nothing "light" about it. Creamy, smooth texture topped with fresh fruit and homemade sauce. The bees knees for any cheesecake lover.

ROYAL TUXEDO***(LUXE SERIES)

This cake is made with three marble layers of torte lightly moistened with Kahlua liquor. The bottom layers is covered with a dark chocolate mousse and the second layer with a white chocolate mousse. Finally the top is glazed with a layer of chocolate ganache. The rim is coated with walnuts (optional). A very delicious treat indeed.

APRICOT TORTE

Two layers of sponge cake moistened with natural pineapple juice and covered with a delicate apricot cream. This cake is very light in both taste and texture. (4 layers of cake vs. 2 is available upon request....additional charges apply).



SACHERTORTE***(LUXE SERIES)

This is the famous Austrian dessert known worldwide for it's one of a kind taste. It is made with 2 rich dark chocolate cake layers, smothered with a sweet apricot marmalade between the layers as well as on the ouside of the torte and glazed all around with a dark chocolate sauce.

SUMMER KISS

This is NOT your ordinary fruit cake. This torte offers a very moist base that has a light and sweet taste to it. It is then topped with an delicious blackberry glaze mixed with fresh berries (such as blueberries and strawberries) that offer the cake a little bit of tartness. Just like and innocent summer kiss..light, .moist, sweet and keeps you asking for more.

ALMONDE TORTE ***LUXE SERIES***

Instead of flour, this cake is made with ground almonds (about 4-6 cups). It probides a light "nutty" texture. Topped with a delicate cream and slivered almonds. Each slice will have you begging for more. (Floral decorations are per request and come at an additional charge.)

NAPOLEON

$35.00 (Full Sheet) $20.00 (Half Sheet)

The original Napoleon made with flaky pastry dough and layered with a light french style cream made of fresh cooked milk and whipping cream, lightly sweetened.  There is a light touch of french vanilla for aroma and flavor. You just can't go wrong with a classic.
